Thomas A. (Tad) David worked for nine years after business school before he went to law school at FSU. He became an attorney in 2004 and worked in private practice until 2007 when he began my career with the State of Florida in the Department of Financial Services, prosecuting law and rules violations and coordinating the department’s processing of public records requests. In May 2014, he became General Counsel of the Office of the State Courts Administrator and remained in the position until October 2018 when he joined the Office of Public Counsel litigating regulatory issues in front of the Public Service Commission. he left OPC to become the Senior Staff Attorney for the Senate Select Committee on Pandemic Preparedness and Response during the 2021 Legislative Session. With my work with the select committee completed, he jumped at the opportunity to return to OSCA as the Chief of Alternative Dispute Resolution on July 26th of this year.
