A virtual Conference can be attended from the comforts of your home or office! All interested attendees with a reliable internet connection can easily attend.

After registration, you can enter the sessions on the Schedule of Events page.

Answer:

$95 - Full conference registration including the pre-conference training. The full conference registration includes access to all organized functions, including all sessions and networking events. Pre-conference training includes one of the classes offered on Wednesday, August 11.

$50 - Full conference registration. The full conference registration includes access to all organized functions, including all sessions and networking events on Thursday - Friday, August 12 and 13.

$45 - Pre-conference training only. Pre-conference training includes one of the classes offered on Wednesday, August 11.

To participate in a virtual meeting is easy! However, make sure you have a few things taken care of prior to the conference start:

  • Make sure your computer is fully updated.
  • Ensure you have a decent internet connection: Have a strong Wi-Fi signal or a hardline.
  • If need be, make sure you have downloaded or update any software (e.g. Zoom). We will inform you which technology we will be using.
  • Test the technology and make sure you are comfortable with the major features.
  • To ensure you have a great experience, we will send a detailed "How To" and provide a training session for all interested attendees prior to the conference.
  • In addition, during the Conference, we will have a chat function and an email address available for any issues. However, any technology issues are more than likely on your side (see list above) and cannot be fixed by our help desk.

Pre-Conference Training: A to Z: Mediating Online

CME: Eligible for up to 4.0 hours including 1.0 hour of mediator ethics.

CLE: The Florida Bar has approved this pre-conference training for 4.0 general hours including 1.0 hour of legal ethics. Course No. 2103812N.

Pre-Conference Training: Elder Mediation & Shared Family Decision-Making

CME: Eligible for up to 4.8 hours including 4.8 hours of cultural diversity (CD), 1.0 hour of mediator ethics (E), and 0.50 hour of interpersonal violence (IPV).

CLE: The Florida Bar has approved this pre-conference training for 5.0 general hours. Course No. 2103810N.

Main Conference

CME: All of the main conference workshops and plenaries are 1.2 CME hours each. The conference is eligible for up to 9.6 hours including 1.2 hours of mediator ethics (E), and 1.2 hours of cultural diversity (CD).  Additional mediator ethics (E), interpersonal violence (IPV), and cultural diversity hours (CD) are available via individual workshops.

CLE: The Florida Bar has approved this conference for 9.5 general hours, including 1.0 hour bias elimination, 1.0 hour ethics and 1.0 hour technology.  Course No. 2103813N

Modifying your registration is easy!

  • If you would like to modify your registration type, you will need to email steven.bonda@conferencedirect.com. Please include your name, email address and which session level you would like to change it.
  • If you need to make a change to your address, phone number, or you have registered for the pre-conference and want to change which pre-conference session you wish to attend, you can modify your registration information here.
  • If you would like to cancel your registration, you can email steven.bonda@conferencedirect.com and requests to cancel OR you can cancel yourself by clicking here and then select the red Cancel Registration button on the top of the page and follow the instructions to cancel.

Please cancel by Monday, August 9, 2021 to receive a full refund minus a $10 administrative fee. If you would like to cancel your registration, you can email steven.bonda@conferencedirect.com and requests to cancel OR you can cancel yourself by clicking here and then select the red Cancel Registration button on the top of the page and follow the instructions to cancel. Additionally, you will find a Cancel My Registration button on the bottom of the daily agenda page.

No refunds will be issued for requests received after 5:00 pm EDT on Monday, August 9, 2021.

Registration transfers can be made for free at any time by emailing the name, company and email address of the registrations you are transferring to steven.bonda@conferencedirect.com.
